There is a 30 day return policy on the 2 year warranty. There is a 1 year return policy on the 20 year warranty.
1. There is a 25% restocking fee that covers mailing and overhead cost for all air purifers, plug in or air condition units.
2. If there is no return on air condition installation fee.. This covers installation and removal of the air purifier. There is still a 25% restocking fee.
